This is my first shilajit to try. When I opened this up I was very impressed with the packaging it looks high end and looks perfect for gifting.

When I tried to open it was nearly impossible but nevertheless I got it open. However, a lot of the shilajit was stuck to the lid. So I went and browsed the questions and noticed others having same issue due to how it was handled during delivery. To fix all you have to do is leave it on a flat surface upright. After leaving it for a few hours all the shilajit was off of the lid.

The shilajit is black thick tar like substance that has a strong chemical smell and taste. After taking 2 pea sized doses per day over a few days I noticed very jittery so I decided to lower the “dose”. I started taking 1 pea sized per day. That is when it worked! I had more energy, a desire to be more active…not wanting to be a couch potato, and I sleep so much better.

While I was looking at questions about the product on amazon I noticed someone ask about a chemical analysis done in the product that worried me. A large amount of metal was found in the product and this is part of the response from seller: “All aluminum as element in Pürblack is dietary. Moreover, 3.000 ppm is a very small amount projected onto maximum daily dose or Pürblack”. Although some food do have traces of aluminum, 3 ppm is way too much per max dose. That is why I am giving this 3 stars.

Infusion Water Bottle by Fruision Pro

This is my first infuser water bottle! Pro Fruison is made of BPA free plastic. The bottle has a pleasant simple design. It comes with an insulation sleeve to keep water cold longer.

I was able to pour 20 ounces of water in the bottle when the inner tube was full of berries. I like to cut the berries to get the juices out before putting them in bottle.

When filling the bottle with water I have to make sure to add it slowly with the inner tube already placed inside. This bottle makes drinking infused fruit easy to make and take on the go. A few pieces of fruit do get into the water though. Only thing I find annoying is water does collect on the ridges where the lid screws on then it drops on me.

This bottle is easy to carry around with the handle and easy to clean. I love that a brush cleaner is included with this bottle making it easy to reach all the areas inside the bottle and inner tube.

If you're looking for a great infuser water bottle and do not mind having to unscrew the cap to get a drink the Pro Fruison bottle is a good buy!

MOWOM Brown Gold Alloy Genuine Leather Bracelet *Updated*

I love this bracelet! It is made of real leather and metal clasps with detailed beads. I am able to take the bracelet on and off myself after a few practice tries.  To me the design of this beautiful bracelet is gender neutral. The bracelet is well made with sturdy secure clasps. It did not fall off when I wore it at a party. The only negative to me is the colors of the leather and rope do not stand out like the picture on amazon. This bracelet also comes with a bag for storage. I do plan on buying another bracelet as part of a birthday gift for a friend! It is a great buy at the current price of $8.99. You can buy it HERE:

Mpow Wolverine Bluetooth Sports Headset *Updated*

*Update 3/19/2016 These "sports" headphones cut in and out of music when I am walking and jogging at the track. I would not buy or recommend this for work outs. They do work if you are still and not moving your device around.*

This Mpow Wolverine Headset came partially charged. I was able to turn it own and pair it with my phone easily but decided to completely charge it which took less than 2 hours. Instructions are easy to follow, had no problems connecting it to phone. I love that this headset has voice commands: "On" for when you is turned on, "Connected" for when you successfully connects to a phone, "Off" when it turns off, and so on. The song quality is fantastic and it reduces a good amount of the outside noise. The mic is a good quality (did not have to repeat myself many times)... when I was talking to a friend they were able to hear me better than another Mpow product I have used. I think in part to where the mic is placed on this one.. it is closer to your mouth. When I use these headset I have to use the ear stabilizers because the earbuds are a little heavy. But after a while I do not notice the stabilizers they are comfortable.

Scenic Electric Hair Straightener Detangling Brush

More often than not I sleep with wet hair and has you might know when you sleep with wet hair it can be a very bad hair day when you wake up. These bad hair days ended up being why I looked into this product.

You might think why not get the usual flat iron. Well because I don't find having two metal heated pieces glide through my hair healthy for it. This brush give you more control on the temperature and does not have heated metal sandwiching my hair.

How it works: plug it in and use the + and - buttons to choose your ideal temperature for your hair type and let it heat up. My hair is thick and straight/wavy but decided to use a lower temp. than recommended. I made sure to brush out my hair and section it off. It is better to straightener hair in small sections especially if you have thick hair.

Before I use the scenic hair straightener I put in a small amount heat resistant oil to further protect my hair and keep it straighter longer. While I was using the brush I did notice I would sometimes bump the buttons with my hand. It would be a good feature if it had a lock feature. Also the back of the hair brush straightener gets hot. My long thick hair took about 20 minutes to straighten.

If you are expecting platinum straight hair this is pretty close and is much healthier for your hair! Overall, this is a good product for $30 you just have to be patient and go slow through your sectioned off hair. You can purchase it here: Scenic Hair Straightener Brush

Colored Pencils Set By Art Elite

I love coloring and now I found the perfect set of colored pencils!

The 48 penciled come in a cardboard box. The box is sturdy cardboard with a divider for the 2 rows of pencils. In the box you also get a pencil extender, blending brush, eraser, and pencil sharpener.

The colored pencils are vibrant! I have a variety of colors to choose from. All 48 come sharpened, ready to use. The lead is thick and easy to color with. A lot of pressure is NOT needed for the smooth and soft pencil leads to color vividly. All 48 pencils are smooth and easy to get all the pigment in the pages.

I never knew colored pencils that color so vividly could be erased but the eraser provided is pretty good doing just that. The pencil extender is also a great plus you have 2 ends with one that fits these pencils. Both ends of the extender have a ring around that you can use to tighten the grip around the pencils. As for the blender brush it did not work.

The wood used for the pencils is high quality. The wood doesn't crack when sharpening the pencil and the lead does not break when coloring. Overall, this colored pencil set is a great buy for the current price of $22.99.

Fabric Steamer by iHausPlus

I loathe ironing my clothes so much that I do not so I tend to have wrinkles in my clothes if I do not hang them up fast enough.

This steamer makes getting out the wrinkles quick and easy (and fun).

It is simple to use just add water up to water line, plug in, and turn on. It takes less than 1 minute for the steamer to fully heat up. I was surprised by the amount of steam that comes out of this light weight compact steamer. One cons is sometimes l have to refill it 2-3 times but that is to be expected for a travel sized steamer. Also, it does spit out little drops of water sometimes but they dry up fast.

  

Overall, this is a fantastic little steamer for a great price. I will be using this daily!

Stainless Steel Avocado Slicer By Easiavo

Although there is not instructions this versatile tool is easy to use. I can slice, skin, and pit fruits and vegetables. The blade is sharp enough to cut through thick skin like grapefruits and avocados but safe to the touch. With the rounded side I can scoop out what I need easily. I love that it is stainless steel for easy clean up and long lasting tool. This fits perfectly in my hand. This would be a great buy because I use this several times a week!

Sidekick Car Seat Cover

This carseat does not  fit my seats but protects the seats in my Honda Civic. The protector is flexible and not very thick. A waterproof black slick material makes spill clean-up fast and keeps the spill from getting on the seats. Although there is grip material on the back of the protector I think it needs more gripping ability or a way to tie it down. I can also store a few small items in the pouch that hangs over the edge of the seat.

Seneo 100ml humidifier diffuser

This humidifier/diffuser by Seneo can hold 100 ml of water. This humidifier is small and compact with only one mist setting.

When you turn on the mist a green light turns on. This is a default setting for the humidifier to run for 3 hours then automatically turn off. If you press the button again it will run continuously. On the third press it will turn off.

If the water in the tank gets too low it will automatically shut off. This is a great feature because I love to have the humidifier on while I sleep.

Additionally, it also has a LED light that can alternate between 7 beautiful soothing colors. However, I do like that you can set the diffuser to one color. Also the LED light can be turned on and off while the product is on.

Another plus of this product is it can diffuse essential oils by dropped some essential oils directly in the water.

This humidifier does require maintenance after several uses which can be found in the manual. Overall, I really like this compact humidifier; it works great to keep the air from being so dry.

Kinps External Battery 14000mAh

I get multiple charges with this KINPS 14000 mAh battery. It charges my phone so fast. With the 14000 mAh I can charge my devices multiple times. I can also charge more than one device at once with the multiple ports.

Also, this batteries power button does what it supposed to do! I have gotten power banks that do not. Short press to turn on and long press to turn off. The external battery has LED light indicator.

While the battery is charging up it does get slightly warm near the USB output.

The manual says lightweight fits easily into pocket or purse but I think it is too big and heavy for that.

Zone Tech plush Covers

Love the feel of the plush material. You get a steering wheel, handbrake, and hear shift cover. Although the covers are not as plush as the amazon product pictures it is still comfortable. On hot days the plush material helps keep surfaces cool and on cold days helps warm up hands.

I was able to get the steering wheel cover on and love it! I was also able to get the drive shift cover on but it is a tight fit. Inside the both covers is material to help keep cover from moving and in place.

The reason I am giving this 3 stars is because the handbrake cover did not fit. And you cannot wash theses covers. My hands get sweaty easily and although this is breathable material it will get dirt quickly.

Overall, I think this an okay product for $9.99.

I do appreciate that I was able to get a refund on what I paid.

HIG Golden Nail Clipper

These are gorgeous nail clippers perfect as a gift for a friend or yourself. They come in a beautiful gold gift box. In the box you get two nail clippers, a small for fingernails and large for toenails. Nail clippers are very sharp and made to last a long time. Both have a beautiful gold swirl and star design. The clippers have a tiny nail file but I am not able to use it on my low cut nails. And I wish it had the usual nail file attached with a point to get out dirt under nails.

Overall, these HIG nail clippers are great clippers that are beautiful enough to gift. I plan on buying a second set as a gift for my mom!

HueMax Colored Pencil Set

I love coloring and had been looking for a set with a variety of colors when I came across these.

CSJ Sound Solar Powered Charger

This is the first solar power bank I have tried. This 8000 mAh solar power bank comes with a carry pouch, LED light, dual USB charger, and user manual.I love that I can keep the power bank, USB charger, and light all together in the carry pouch.

Although the solar charger comes slightly pre charges I decided to charge it fully by wall socket. This process took longer than a regular power bank and also takes longer to charge phone. The slower speed is a put off for me. I also noticed the power button does not turn off the solar charger and only turns off after a few moments of not being in use. The LED light is a great bonus that is flexible and bright.

Next I tested out the solar panel during a slightly cloudy day and is still charged up! For emergencies this power bank is good to have around.
