Although there is not instructions this versatile tool is
easy to use. I can slice, skin, and pit fruits and vegetables. The blade is
sharp enough to cut through thick skin like grapefruits and avocados but safe
to the touch. With the rounded side I can scoop out what I need easily. I love
that it is stainless steel for easy clean up and long lasting tool. This fits
perfectly in my hand. This would be a great buy because I use this several
times a week!
